1,060 calories, 48 grams of fat & 1,240 mg of sodium
This is how I screwed up my Monday!
I had to run errands out of town, skipped breakfast, ended up starving and in drive-thru at McDonald's. So, what do I do? Order my usual. And have regretted it ever since!
No wonder I weigh over 250 lbs!?! Geez Louise! smh And to think, on a good day, this was my normal!
But not anymore!!!
The old Skye would have said, eff it. I screwed up. Might as well enjoy the rest of the day! Or heck, maybe even the week. But not this time. I just started fresh and made sure I ate a very healthy dinner and snack.
One meal will NOT deter me!
